We are &ND (even if no sites accept the spelling).
Thanks for finding us. We've been playing together for two years now and have given about 25 gigs ( France/ Italy/ Portugal).
We released our first EP "PLAY IT NOW" in 2005. You can also get hold of the new one called "HIT THE ROAD", released in 2006, which features 4 new songs.
We are currently writing new stuff towards our LP project due out next year.
Music is a big party and you're more than welcome. We hope to catch you around soon :-)

&nd were formed in Paris in the summer of 2004.

 

The four members’ desire to make music was  driven by a genuine love of indie music, although they were all influenced by bands of very different horizons: Pixies, Blur, The Rapture, Cure, LCD Soundsystem, Sonic Youth, Joy Division, P.I.L., Gang Of Four... The idea was to propose songs filled with catchy tunes supported by a less conventional approach to music: in other words, the challenge was to make it sound fresh and easy while (and) at the same time, making sure people wouldn’t have to dig too deep to find out there was more to their music than meets the eye.

 

 

Not only have &nd never intended to play by the rules, they were also very keen on proving on the Paris gig circuit that they were able to deliver the energy and liveliness that animated them.
